SHE BROUGHT ME IN THIS WORLD AND RAISED ME ON HER OWN AND FOR THAT I AM GRATEFUL AND PROUD!! MY MOM TOOK CARE OF MY 2 BROTHERS, 3 SISTERS AND I BY HERSELF WITHOUT ANY HELP FROM ANY ONE. SHE IS ONE STRONG WOMAN OF GOD WHO STAYED ON HER KNEES AND DID WHAT SHE HAD TO DO TO TAKE CARE OF US! THOUGH TIMES WERE ROUGH, I AM GRATEFUL. IT MADE ME THE WOMAN OF GOD I AM TODAY. PROVERBS 22:6: TRAIN UP A CHILD IN THE WAY HE SHOULD GO: AND WHEN HE IS OLD, HE WILL NOT DEPART FROM IT. WELL, I MAY HAVE STRAYED AT TIMES IN MY YOUNGER YEARS, BUT NOW THAT I AM OLDER I WILL NEVER DEPART FROM THE LOVE OF MY GOD. THANK YOU MOTHER FOR BEING A PRAYER WARRIOR. THANK YOU MOM FOR BEING A SAVED WOMAN FULL OF THE HOLY SPIRIT. THANK YOU MOM FOR BEING WISE AND VIRTUOUS. THANK YOU MOM FOR GIVING ME ALL YOU COULD. THANK YOU MOM FOR PROTECTING ME. THIS IS A SPECIAL MINISTRY THAT REQUIRES THE MAJORITY OF TIME SPENT ON OUR KNEES AND IN THE WORD. HOWEVER, IT IS A BLESSING TO BE ABLE TO RAISE THE BEAUTIFUL BEINGS GOD ENTRUSTED US WITH. REMEMBER TO "POUR OUT YOUR HEART LIKE WATER BEFORE THE FACE OF THE LORD. LIFT UP YOUR HANDS TOWARD HIM FOR THE LIFE OF YOUR YOUNG CHILDREN" LAMENTATIONS 2:19.** I LOVE YOU ALL AND MAY YOU ALL HAVE BEAUTIFUL, BLESSED MOTHER'S DAY!!!!

What a beautiful post. I agree with Lynn, be blessed. I had a good, praying mother and am thankful that she raised me to know Jesus and took me to church even though my dad was not a believer until the last couple years of his life.

Lynn and AliceE, Thanks so much! My mom is wonderful! I have seen her go through so much. When times got hard, she would get on her knees and cry out to GOD and she didn't think I was watching, but I was. That stayed with me. She took me to church all the time like your mother did, AliceE. She says I loved it and would just shout all over the place. LOL! I am so grateful that she is alive and well. Hope you ladies had a wonderful, blessed mother's day!! God bless you!
In the love of the lord,

I read your comment on Donna's blog and noticed you said you are believing God for a miracle. That tugged at my heart as I too am believing God for a huge miracle...one that seems totally impossible to my friends and family and thus I feel "alone" in my belief. I've been reminded that God does not need others to believe but just me and Him.

I will leave you with a point from a sermon several months ago that I repeat and share with many:
Impossible odds lead to amazing miracles.

Whatever your miracle is, I bet it looks impossible but Amen we have the Miracle Maker!

Amen Paula! Indeed we do have the Miracle Maker! Praise GOD! Thanks so much for that point and comment! Paula, our faith pleases GOD and like you, I feel as if I am alone as well because I believe so deeply that MY GOD, MY FATHER is going to perform the impossible. HE has done it before and HE will do it again and again and again. I believe GOD with you Paula for whatever it is that you are praying and believing HIM for and I stand in total agreement that it is done in JESUS' name. Thanks for the encouraging word! GOD bless you! Your miracle is on the way!

Just want to share that my miracle is the restoration of my dead marriage via divorce. It is impossible because he wants nothing to do with me...so much pain I caused through my harsh tongue, lack of showing respect at times, and poor attitude.

Thanks for the generous comments on my blog.

Thank you for praying for me. Feel free to email me and share as you need/want/like with me.

Beautiful, touching post!! How blessed you are to have a precious, God-Loving mother and how blessed she is to have such an admiring, grateful daughter.
I will be praying for you to receive that miracle!!

Delight thyself also in the Lord; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.
Psalm 37:4

Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.
Mark 11:24

God Bless You,
Dana

Paula, my father says in his word, Luke 1:37: For with GOD nothing will be impossible. You are welcome regarding the comments and I will be emailing you soon. You are continually in my prayers.

Dana: Thanks for the touching post and scriptures! I am blessed and owe all the praise to my Father! God bless you for believing with me in prayer on my miracle! I will keep you in my prayers as well!

LaTonya,
Isaiah 60:19 says "... when the enemy comes in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord will lift up a standard against him."

We are covered by the blood of Jesus and he cannot cross that blood line. Be healed in the name of Jesus.
AliceE.
